Electronic ShootersEars are available in 3 different Electronically Enhanced series;

All of our custom molded products are encapsulated in a soft, dense medical grade silicone material. Extremely effective and comfortable.

ShootersEar "Companion Series" Electronic Hearing Enhancement & Protection systems are available in all styles (Custom ITE, BTE & Stock Canal).

The Companion Series are the ultimate in analog hearing enhancement & protection.
Features include:

4X normal hearing
Low distortion and circuit noise
Natural sound
Amplifies soft sounds
Compresses loud sounds to safe level
Volume control and wind guard standard
Adjustable Frequency Enhancement (AFE) standard on BTE & Custom ITE models.

AFE - The Adjustable Frequency Enhancement feature is standard on the Companion Series ShootersEar BTE & Custom ITE styles . This feature allows wearers to tune in, or focus specific frequencies. On most hearing protection systems, the frequency response is pre-set at the manufacturer giving the user the ability to adjust only the volume to their desired level, and in many cases that's all that is needed. By adding this highly sophisticated Adjustable Frequency Enhancement (AFE) circuit, which is easily accessed via simple control knob on the BTE units or a tuning set screw on the Custom ITE units, the ShootersEar allows the wearer to actually customize the frequency response to compensate for their individual needs or desires.

The effect is similar to focusing binoculars. Everyone has different levels of vision, the ability to adjust binoculars enables each user to focus on the clarity of the image. The same is true in hearing. To hear game better, you need to hear and enhance specific ranges of frequencies. Using ShootersEar's AFE, hunters can fine tune that range to compensate for their individual needs and better focus on specific frequencies that might be more advantageous in the field.

The Sportsman Series are 100% digital hearing enhancement & protection. The Sportsman allows you to hear the outdoors come to life with 36db of power on a two-channel/10-band digital system. Premium sound quality and programmability to fine-tune your hearing to your needs. Features include:

The Pro/Comp Series are the most sophisticated and effective enhanced hearing protection available, period! The Pro/Comp delivers the most precise sound processing with 46db of amplification on a four-channel/12-band multi-digital system. QuadCompression™ softens muzzle blast. Our Situational Sound System lets you hear eight times better and select between 4 distinct programs for your needs, including the automatic loud-sound shutoff, which is set at 90db. This system offers our most aggressive Environmental Background Noise Reduction technology and AutoPhase Feedback cancellation prevent whistle in your ear. Features include:

Stock Canal Style	The Stock Canal's shell is made of a proprietary soft form fitting material that conforms to the ear canal. The unit sits mostly in the ear canal, which helps block wind noise and provides natural directionality. Small, lightweight & comfortable.	MSRP Companion $ 399 ea. Sportsman $499 ea. Behind The Ear (BTE) Style	The Behind-The-Ear ShootersEar style is versatile & durable. The electronics portion of the unit sits behind the ear and has a small "sound downtube" that attaches to either a disposable expandable foam insert or custom earmold. Volume control is standard. Custom In-The-Ear (ITE) Style	Our Custom Systems are the most comfortable and effective "real world" enhanced hearing protection system available. Molded specifically to your own ear from a soft pliable & extremely durable silicone. Volume control is standard. (Molds must be made for either left, right or both ears for a proper fit. ***)	MSRP Companion $499 ea. Sportsman $599 ea. Pro/Comp $699 ea.

The materials and processes that are used in the American manufacture of ShootersEar products cost more and they're worth it. We've never tried to be the cheapest, just the best.
